tkk99 is a popular online betting and casino platform in Bangladesh where transactions can be made easily via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. On this FAQ page we have organized the questions our players ask most into five sections — account registration, financial transactions, games and rules, bonuses and promotions, and security and responsible gaming. If you cannot find an answer to your question, our 24/7 English live chat support team is always ready.
Account and Registration
To open an account at tkk99, you need an active mobile number and a valid email address. Sign up on the registration form with your name, date of birth, and a password of your choice. Please note that only those aged 21 or above are allowed to open an account on this platform.
If you have login trouble, first clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot your password?" option — a reset link will be sent to your registered email. If the problem persists, contact tkk99's 24/7 live chat support.
No, under tkk99's policy each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and any accumulated bonuses being cancelled. This rule is strictly enforced to maintain a fair playing environment.
tkk99 may request account verification when withdrawing larger amounts. Usually a photo of your national ID card or passport is required. This verification process ensures the security of your account and prevents unauthorized transactions. Verification is completed quickly when the documents are correct.
To change your registered mobile number, contact tkk99's live chat support directly. For security reasons this change cannot be made automatically — the support team will verify your identity and process your request.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits via bKash are generally completed instantly. Your tkk99 account balance is updated immediately after a successful payment. On rare occasions a network issue may cause a delay of a few minutes. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
Yes, Nagad is one of tkk99's approved payment methods. Just like bKash, deposits via Nagad are instant. You can also deposit a minimum of ৳300 via Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. There are no extra charges on any method.
Withdrawals at tkk99 generally take 5 to 30 minutes to complete. After the request is processed, the money arrives in your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals made at night or on holidays may take slightly longer.
tkk99 does not charge any additional fees on withdrawals. However, your mobile banking service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply its own transaction charges — this depends on that payment service's own policy and is not within tkk99's control.
Yes, deposits and withdrawals via bank transfer are available at tkk99. Various banks are supported including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami, and Sonali Bank. Bank transfers may take somewhat longer than mobile banking. The minimum transaction amounts are the same — ৳300 for deposits and ৳500 for withdrawals.
If a transaction fails, first confirm whether the money was deducted. If it was deducted, contact tkk99's live chat with the transaction reference number. The support team will verify and resolve the matter promptly. In the case of a failed transaction, the money is usually returned automatically.
Games and Rules

RTP or Return to Player is a theoretical figure that indicates how much a game returns on average over the long term. For example, a 96% RTP means that on average ৳96 may be returned for every ৳100 wagered. This is an average statistic — results in each session can vary.
All slots and table games at tkk99 run on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from recognized providers, which keeps every outcome completely impartial. The platform uses SSL encryption and is committed to ensuring a fair experience for players.
Aviator is a crash game by Spribe where a multiplier keeps increasing as a plane takes off. If you cash out before the plane crashes, you win according to that multiplier. If you do not cash out before it crashes, you lose your bet. Two bets can be placed simultaneously, which offers a strategic advantage.
Bonuses and Promotions
New members at tkk99 can receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and you will have ৳2,500 in balance. The bonus is added automatically as soon as you make your first deposit after registering. The wagering requirement is 10x.
A wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw it. For tkk99, 10x means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn. Only once this condition is met does the money earned from the bonus become withdrawable.
Yes, tkk99 has five VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (0.3%), Gold (0.5%), Platinum (0.6%), and Diamond (0.8%). The more you play, the higher the tier you reach and the higher cashback and exclusive benefits you receive. Diamond members receive premium support and special offers.
tkk99's VIP cashback returns a set portion of your net losses each week. The rate increases from Bronze to Diamond tier. Cashback is credited to your account every Monday and can generally be withdrawn without any additional wagering conditions.
